From cocoa bean to finished bar, every step happens here – by hand, in small batches, in Amman.
We source single origin cocoa beans directly from farms we trust ethically traded, organic where possible, always chosen for quality over convenience. Unlike mass-produced chocolate, our micro-batch process lets the beans speak for themselves.
No shortcuts, no unnecessary additives, nothing to mask what a really good cocoa bean tastes like.
Every origin we work with tastes different. That’s the point.

What's in our chocolate?
Cocoa Beans
We choose to work with cacao producers that value the environment & work to maintain the biodiversity of their land while keeping their workers healthy & safe.
Cocoa Butter
Certified organic, single-origin cocoa butter made from beans sourced from Peru.
Cane Sugar
Cane sugar retains some of its natural molasses resulting in a beautiful blond colored crystal. It has a slightly warmer, more full-bodied taste.
Infusions
Infusing the flavors of various ingredients into chocolate bars during the manufacturing process. This can result in a wide range of unique & exciting flavour combinations.
What is bean to bar?
Most chocolate begins with someone else’s work. A bag of pre-made chocolate arrives at a factory, gets melted, flavoured & moulded into a bar.
The origin of the beans, the farmers who grew them, the fermentation, the roasting – all of that happened somewhere else, by someone else, & is long gone by the time chocolate reaches most makers.
Bean to bar means we do all of it. Every step, from raw cacao bean to finished bar, happens in our workshop in Amman. That’s what makes the difference.
Transparency in the chocolate industry is crucial for promoting ethical & sustainable practices.
By providing clear information about the origins of our cocoa & the practices of our producers, we’re not only educating consumers but also fostering trust & accountability throughout the supply chain.
