Every selection box is filled by hand in our Amman workshop & contains a rotating selection of whatever we’re making right now – single origin darks, milk, blonde or infused bars, all in miniature.
No two packs are identical. What goes in depends on what’s coming out of production that day, which means every pack is a small, honest snapshot of what’s happening in our workshop right now.
It’s the best way to try The Cocoa Project for the first time, the perfect gift for someone who thinks they know what chocolate tastes like, & an easy way for existing customers to try origins and flavours they haven’t met yet.
Each bar is made in the same micro-batches as our full size range – same beans, same process, same refusal to cut corners. Just smaller.
